    Verizon V3c ringtones

I followed nevarDeath on connecting my Verizon CDMA V3c (firmware GATW_01.18.02). I was able to copy mp3 to my phone as ringtones. They all showed up under "Get Tunes & Tones" and was able to play too. But it won't let me switch it under contacts as default ringtone. Any suggestion.

Verizon took out the OBEX file transfer & OPP from my phone (firmware GATW_01.18.02). MPT v.4.3.6c is not letting me transfer any ringtones other than contacts.
I did the "apply as" ringtone right after i transfer mp3's. It let me set as, but does not ring at all when I try to call myself and I have to restart the phone to reset. ???
