Razr 2 v9m For alltel problems

I am new here, and i just started having problems with my phone. as you can see above it is a razr v9m for alltel and i have had it since august. The problem is i can power the phone on and it lights up with motorola symbol. It blinks too times like the screen is getting brighter and then just sits there. It won't kick over i guess i could say. I am not familar with any home remedies so any help what so ever would be appreciated. The thing that gets me it was fine earlier and then after i had cut the phone off take my sd card out and tried to cut it back on it started doing this. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
