Motorola Razr V3c and P2k Commander 6.0.0 "USB: IO Time-out!" crash

This is my first attempt at modding, ever.

I'm attempting to improve performance, and unlock my phone to use it with telus or bell mobility instead of solo.

The phone's a Motorola Razr V3c
My S/W version is: GATW_07.03.01P

I've followed everything in this guide:

P2k Commander V-6.0.0 crashes after spamming a bunch of read/write errors. ("USB:IO Time-out!" etc)

I also have RSD lite, if that may be a better route to go.... only problem is that I can't find a monsterpack to do that which I need, and haven't gotten any further than that with it.


Any help would be appreciated. I'd rather learn to do this myself than have to run to someone else and pay money for something I know I can learn how to do.

The V3c you have has Bell Mobility firmware in it; I thought they were a GSM carrier. (But I'm not from Canadia, so what do I know.) V3c is a CDMA phone and does not use a SIM card. Call them and see if it can still be activated, but it will need a clear ESN (Equipment Serial Number). Solo and Telus are strictly GSM I believe, so you would need a different phone.
