my phone is freezing and dying!

just freezing upon start up where it says hello moto and does not go further any reason why? need help! cant use at all after even taking out battery and putting it back in notting changes! never modded, never flashed never changed anything, just all of a sudden it just stoped working, im not sure what my firmware is becuz my phone is dead so i dont know any info on my phone just that its a slvr l7 HELP PLEASE!

try this.... try to force the phone into bootloader with *#and power at the same time and if you get a blue screen its fixable you just need to flash it with a monster pack after backing up your nam files

o sweet! hes it does come on with the blue screen, so that means it is fixable, but the only thing is that i dont know how to flash or touch any of that, would u mind either telling me or giving me links to do it? thx so much dude u made my day, i had the badist luck today thx

ill provide you with a tutorial to flash just remember you need to find rsd lite 4.2 and rsd general 5.1.8..... use rsd general to back up your nam settings (if you dont you will not beable to program your phone and use it)

now as i said before you flash make sure you have moto drivers installed and rsd general and rsd lite installed

with rsd general just use the cell tower icon and navigate to nam settings when it says your phone is connected.

click nam and read phone it will read and restart the phone its normal

then click save and remember where you saved it.

then close out rsd general and open rsd lite and folow the tutorial to flash your phone with the firmware from the link i provided.

after a sucsessful flash it will say pass

close out rsd lite and open up rsd general again and go back to nam settings and load te file you saved

hit save to phone let it restart and you are done

moto usb drivers should be in the downloads and yes the monster file i linked is a cricket so if done right and nam is reprogrammed after flash youll be able to use your phone just like normal

ok i got it to work, but when i click on read phone its asking me for a 6digit number, do u know where i can find that number?

read seem 0055 record 0001 and you will get that code
