Confuse with V3 C or M

well this is my pro. my dad has an V3m i know that because its a CDMA and it has the expansion slot for the trans flash, but the software dont recognize the trans flash when i put it, even i try to see if has detected and nope.

i go to phone status to check for the trans, and nope.

the thing is that its looks like an V3c Soft but it has and V3m Hardware.

please help me with this. thankX.

1. Who is your carrier?
2. Go to the phone status and select Other Information Post the S/W Version here.

Then we can go from there.
