Help in modding Ntelos V3m

Hello. I just bought a Razr V3m last week and would like to know how to:

Create/upload skins to it
Change startup/shutdown animations & sounds
Put games on it

Phone is CDMA sadly. I've looked on Google for ways to do this but most sites are for GSM phones which are easier it looks like.

I already have Motorola Phone Tools which connects just fine. I tried P2k Commander and it can't see my phone. I believe I have the correct drivers.

I spoke with Ntelos today about unlocking it and they said it was not possible. I would love to customize my phone the way I want since I paid for it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
