hello everybody, i am new to motorola phone modding, phone modding in general i should say. I'm not new to the modding scene tho, i have soft modded both my nintendo wii and playstation 2. but i am now curious, how would i go about putting custom skins on my motorola krzr k1m? i tried using both skiman and p2k tools.

with skiman i managed to load a skin called dragon ball Z onto the phone itself, but when i selected it, it wouldn't load the custom skin i put on, it would load alkali. and when i try to use p2k tools, the program works, until i plug my phone in, then it becomes unresponsive and crashes. I'm running windows 7 on my computer, would that be part of the problem? much help is appreciated
