If I unbrand my Z9, does it remove the ATT programming which blocks certain functions?

It won't block anything it will just get rid of the icons

I know this is quite old, but my Z9 is about to hit the shelf, and I'd like to flash a stock firmware before I sell it. Any available now? I've got the unlock code, just need to find a foreign sim so I can enter the code.
