critical error FEBE 0047 rsdlite 3.9 and 4.2

While trying to flash my phone rsdlite will fail and the screen on the phone will give the critical error 0047 message. I have downloaded the 64-bit drivers from the motorola site and P2k commander works fine.

I am going to take a break and when the download for 'R263312_U_9E.01.17R_LP1163_USCORSICAATTAGPSUSR263 312001' finishes I will reboot and try again with that file.

Still no luck with that other firmware as well.

both flash above has 05.F3 loader !

You need first somehow upgrade bootloader to 05.F3 as that one is used for those fws.

Oh, I didn't see that. I take it by that somehow it isn't possable to upgrade the bootloader... I don't see any that use my bootloader, are there any other tips to updating the firmware on this phone with my bootloader?

Nope. That means they are only for bootloader 07.90.

If this error was given by F&B3 (which is where it's most commonly seen), use RSD Lite to flash the file. Anything 2.7 or up should do. Personally I'm currently running Version 4.4.1. It's not the latest one, but it serves its purpose without fail, so there's no need to fix what isn't broken in my case.
