Z9 camera busy??? try agian later??? plz help

i recently got a used z9 from a friend and i didnt try the camera all day when i did it says busy try agian later i took the battery out for a min put it back in nothing can anyone help me??

hi, you can try a master reset it's under settings > initial setup 000000 should be the security code

did that no good still dosent work any other ideas

no it dosent say busy when i go to vid but it goes to purple screen then it goes away and takes me back to the home screen

sounds like hardware trouble maybe a loose connetion to camra

do you think this is something that can be fixed and is so how much am i looking at or should i just try to get a new phone

You can try to reflash the firmware. Maybe that will fix it.
Power off the phone and press #, * and power on at the same time. (A bootloader screen should appear) Post your firmware & bootloader version.

Also, reflashing the phone will erase all your, pictures, mp3 music, etc that you've added to the phone.
So make sure to backup all that stuff before hand, if you want to keep it.

Make sure to have a Fully Charged battery, before flashing the phone.
