OK, after a lot of eyestraining work, i highly recommend just buying the piece offered opposed to making your own, I may have just bricked 2 boards. So, heres my guide to unlocking using GOTMoto, which i have tested, or P2KET 3.9, which I havent.
1 - dismantle your V3 removing the board.
2 - plug your mini USB into the board and arrange the battery with something holding it from the back.
3 - open both RSD Lite and P2k ET 3.9 on your pc.
4 - Set up P2k ET to your phone model and check off Remove SP lock, I like to have the cursor on the do selected jobs button for ease of use.
5 - plug your mini USB into your PC.
6 - Apply your testpoint using the Magic Testpoint or the traditional method by cutting and push the board into the battery.
6 - When windows makes the noise, RSD shows S-Blank Neptune and P2k ET says to remove testpoint if you havent already, remove the testpoint but leave the battery connected.
7 - Press do selected jobs
8 - Wait until P2k ET is done, then reassemble your phone and use any sim card you want.
I used an old ribbon to simulate the magic TP, i imagine its gonna look somewhat the same but with a switch on it, the switch is how the the TP will be removed instead of pulling off a jumper, paper clip, whatever you use. Another thing i do is connect a complete phone first, in my head it "primes" windows to look for a phone being connected, it may be all in my head but whatever.
Using GOTMoto, its the same thing but RSD doesnt need to be open.
