This is the stock Motoblur 2.1.5 repacked as a update.zip (flashable).

- stock
- rooted
- doesn't include radio.img (3g safe!)
- OpenGL 3D works!

It's the exact same Motoblur 2.1.5.

The only diffs in the zip are in the update-script (instalation process):
+ Requirement changed (before: needed 1.4.8, now: 1.6.1)
+ Paid-app removed during the installation.

Check the 1rst post if you want to download the stock Motoblur 2.1.5 rooted (not modded - this is not adlxmod!).

openGL libs are included. The video show the app "OPenGL Demo" which is not included, but you can DL from market. People have reported that 3D games are working great with this update.

Is this for stock Android users only? I use your rom (awesome btw) and I don't want to risk my phone being bricked. Maybe I should just wait for a patch specifically designed for your rom.

Btw, what are the general improvements to this update?

EDIT: went ahead and tried it. It worked perfectly. 3D games are running great, no more going back to 1.5 for me just to play games. Sweeet!

Thanks adlx. Runs great but somehow quadrant scores only 259 vs 360 on G1/CM6. Currently experiencing an issue: constantly loosing GSM and then reconecting in a second. I wonder if there can be some troubles with this ROM runnin' on 5025 radio as I currently got? Never had the problem before on the leaked 2.1 with the same radio.

BTW what radio version ships whit it originally?

Eclair is slower than Froyo, bottom line. The hardware in both is similar, (G1 is a little slower on the same OS as CLIQ), but 2.2 has a lot of optimizations over 2.1.

Maybe once we get some official 2.1 source we'll see CLIQ go to 2.2. One can only hope.
