Clockwork recovery on Cliq? (was: Tik Tok)
now all you cliq/dext users would you like haveing clockwork recovery ported to your device. if so i need testers. send me a pm or post in this thread if you would like to test.

i can see that we have j_r0dds recovery but you obviously dont know what clockwork mod recovery is.

whats the ups to clockwork over j r0dd I mean I have clock work on evo but I don't know what the advanges are

With clockwork recovery you can use rom manager to manage what rom you are running. It basicly automates the install function.

That sounds pretty awesome. I'll test it out for ya! I just reflashed the officail 2.1.5 and rooted. I switch roms often. I have to say that I am loving Vwe 1.2 the best so far.

this is great. These guys made the rooting process extremely easy with Rom Manager and clockwork recovery as I use it on my N1

Really? Rom manager can now work for the dext? Can i get it from the market? This is great! i love the rom manager, too bad it doesnt work on the dext(then)

Could u create a new thread here in the dev forum for the Clockwork recovery for cliq? I'll then move it to rom section. (Unless it is already there and I have missed it. LOL)
