Hello everybody! Welcome to ProyectAOSP! We are currently in: PHASE #1 V1.0
-------------------------------------------
What is ProyectAOSP?:
A: ProyectAOSP is a series of ROM's which are taken from source and compiled into a certain phone, in this case I will be starting with the Motorola CLIQ/Morrison or MB200.
-------------------------------------------
What is the goal of ProyectAOSP?:
A: Compiling from source basically ALL of the system versions available.
-------------------------------------------
What does phase 1 mean?:
A: It means we are on our first ROM. (2.3)
-------------------------------------------
I have been hearing AOSP, what does it mean?:
A: Android Open Source Proyect.
-------------------------------------------
Does this have blur?:
A: NO. No blur is including in AOSP, not now not never.
-------------------------------------------
What system version is this?:
A: Phase 1 relies on: 2.3.4 GingerBread. (Latest OS for phones)
-------------------------------------------

The Cliq/Dext aka Morrison is MB200 - CliqXT/Quench aka Zeppelin is the MB500. But this is a cool beginning. A lot of ROMs coming out again for an outdated device. Will be testing and giving feedback maybe some logcats..

is this a smooth and stable rom?
- 07-04-2011, 04:02 AM #14
Extremely stable, and very smooth and snappy ~5 minutes after the first boot (There's a lot of background configuration taking place).

Please, phoenixsong6 and GHOSTS3V3N
Try to keep this ROM as clean as possible.
What I mean? Well, I mean that please don't include external programs like DSP Manager, Torch, etc...
Try to keep it plain Android. I mean an AOSP.
If you want, you can add other apps like Torch and DSP Manager but as optional patch.
This will keep your ROM running clean and smooth.
This is my suggestion.
Don't be like Motorola that fills the phone with apps that some people like and some people don't. Keep it clean and smooth please...
Thanks!!
